Marlet 2018 igt Venezia-Giulia
It is composed of Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes. The grapes are harvested manually at the peak of their aromatic ripeness, it follows a whole-cluster pressing. After a short settling, the Chardonnay must is left to ferment in small oak barrels while the Sauvignon ferments in 10 hl oak barrels. After a refinement period of several months, the two wines are blended and then bottled.

Vanilla notes, candy fruits
Complex on the palate, long aftertaste
Serve cool (12 – 14° C)
Perfect with risotto, white and red meat, fish, roasts and cheeses of medium maturity
