
Tinianum 2015 rosso igt Venezia-Giulia
It is composed of a selection of Merlot, Refosco and Cabernet grapes harvested at the peak of their aromatic and phenolic ripeness. The vinification is carried out separately for the three varieties to enhance the characteristics of the single vines. After racking, the wine is placed in small oak barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place and where it matures for at least 18 months. Then follows a subsequent refinement in the bottle.
