Romano 2015 Refosco Riserva doc Friuli-Aquileia
The grapes are harvested in late September – early October and left on the skins for a few weeks at a controlled temperature of 22° C. After racking the wine undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Maturation takes place for 18 months in oak barrels.
